Kira and Logan

First I Selected random places and moved them and then made the background black. Then I chose Select > Inverse to select the area outside the oval.

I chose Select > Feather to bring up the Feather Selection dialog box. I selected a Feather Radius of 250. Then I went to

Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Curves and pulled down the curve from the center of the grid.

Enhanced

I first went to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation and boosted the Saturation to +30.

Next, I chose Layer > New Adjustment Layer >Brightness/Contrast and boosted the Contrast to +10.

After that I added a new layer an painted the water blue. Then I went to the blending mode in the Layer box and changed it to multiply.

Color War

Glowing
Just Shirts
Us in Blue
I started out by drawing blue jackets/shirts on everyone on another layer then I drew the creases on a separate layer, to make the jackets/shirts look realistic.
I then copied it onto another blank page so I could experiment with different filters. On one I stylized it and made it have glowing edges. On the second separate one I did, I put the jackets onto a different background without people.
